The Athens County VSC contracts roundtrip transportation for Veterans to VA facilities or consults through the R.S.V.P. agency

--Who is eligible?

      --Applicants with a total household income within the VA Pension Rates.

      --Must be eligible for VA Healthcare

Visit our office Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Complete application (Application Documents provided in the links below)

DD-214, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Income.

Exceptions to income can be made with Letter from Doctor stating veteran is unable to drive.

R.S.V.P. requires at least 48 hour notice of appointment in order to schedule a driver.

 

*Places available for transportation

Athens CBOC, Chillicothe, Columbus, Marietta Area, Logan, Gallipolis, and Lancaster.  Travel can also be arranged to VA facilities within our network.
